Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of this website and of the booking services offered by Santopaolo Boutique Apartments. By using the site you accept them in full.
2. Bookings
A booking becomes binding once Santopaolo Boutique Apartments has confirmed it in writing and the requested deposit has been paid. Deposits are non refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00. Other times depend on availability and may carry an additional charge.
4. Cancellations
The cancellation policy that applies to each apartment is set out when you book. Unless stated otherwise: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; a later cancellation is charged at 100% of the stay.
5. Use of the apartments
The apartments are for temporary residential use only. Events, parties and commercial activities are not permitted. The maximum number of guests is the one shown on each apartment page.
6. Liability
Santopaolo Boutique Apartments accepts no liability for damage to guests' personal belongings during the stay. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the apartments and their fittings.
7. Governing law
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples. Italian law applies.
